I am an amiable and gregarious person…..at least I like to think I am, of course there are two sides to every coin. I don’t like pugnacious people, they tend to annoy me. Please try not to be Churlish with your comments.
My dad used to tell me, “You have a head on you like a cockroach”…..yes that is kind of gross, but it was meant to be a compliment. I like to interpret it as I am a survivor and innovator.
I’m not sure what category I want to be in….so if you find I have been “off-subject”, well, this is my disclosure to you up front.
On a more serious note, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, and have articles that have been published in local newspapers. Most of my published work has been press releases and community information. I have also done editorial and graphic design work for a local magazine. I currently work as a technical writer.
I like to do volunteer work when I can, as “Nothing is more satisfying as helping others.”
Cogito, ergo sum

Hope you don’t mind but I borrow that bloody cartoon for my latest post. I am still rolling on the floor laughing!
And just so you know, I have no Earthly idea what pugnacious and churly even mean…so if I have done one unintentionally, I apologize in advance, even though I have no clue what I may or may not have done….. (now my head hurts!)
Ok….I put those in there to make you look them up (if you don’t know), that way you expand your vocabulary to a higher level. I like to think my blog will provide SOME useful information, and not be totally a waste of time and space.
FYI, I have this cool book called, “The Superior Person’s Book Of Words”….it has this on the back cover, “Amaze your friends, baffle your enemies, and write interoffice memos to end all discussion!” Hahahaha…..that’s the book for me.
that cartoon is fucking hilarious. god bless you.
Hi Tim,
Thanks, and thanks for stopping by!
Love your description of yourself, especially the cockroach bit! lol
I also love the two cartoons here. Fantastic!
(found you over at Jean’s Been Shopping for boobies)
That cartoon reminds me of myself when I was first trying to figure out how to add social-bookmarking badges to my blog-posts (run from a hot etachsketch) 🙂
Thanks for visiting my blog! I answered your questions in the comment replies on the original posts.
Thanks for not getting sick of my rare blog! I hope my “wannabe improved” English doesn’t dizzy you!
No problem…what is your first language? I can speak some French (studied there for awhile).
